  1. When I get the yoyo if I bank in today
    • Your order will be sent on the next day if the payment is received today (excluding Weekends)
    • Aprox 1 - 5 working days (Semenanjung Malaysia) & 2 - 6 working days (Sabah & Sarawak)

  2. What is bank-in slip/receipt?
    • If you bank in via deposit machine in the bank, the deposit machine will issue you a receipt. That receipt is the proof of payment
    • If you bank in via cheque, the bank will issue you a receipt. That receipt is the proof of payment.
    • If you bank in via CIMBclicks or PBebanking, please print screen the successful transaction and send it to us as a proof of payment. You can notify us via CIMBclicks by putting the email in the notification box.
    • If you bank in via any bank, the bank will give you a customer copy of deposit slip. That is the bank-in slip.

  3. How to send the slip/receipt?
    • You can scan the receipt and email it to us, or
    • You can snap a photo and email it to us. Make sure the photo is clear and sharp, else we will not accept it.

  4. How long you need to receive the payment?
    • If you bank in via cheque, we will receive the payment after 2-3 working days
    • If you bank in via bank or bank deposit machine, we will receive it within 1 day
    • If you are transferring/banking in the payment from other banks (such as RHB, Maybank,etc), we will receive the payment after 2-3 working days

  7. What if I don’t send any bank slip or receipt to 28spin even I already made the payment?
    • We will not send out your order until you notify us with a proof of payment (a copy of bank slip/receipt)
